We were told when we booked the vacation there was complimentary shuttle service to the parks, but what they didn't tell us was the shuttle doesn't actually go to all of the parks- they bring you to one park then you must take other shuttles to get to the park you want to go to. I also would have liked to utilize the shuttle more to the Disney parks, but the pick up/drop off schedule was not accommodating. One night around 4am, the automatic garage door was opened & someone started up either a golf cart or 4 wheeler which woke us all up. The workers would come in very early & they were very loud outside. My only complaint was our room was located directly above the maintenance/yard crew's storage garage. Our rooms were perfect & had everything we needed. We had a wonderful week-long vacation during Thanksgiving.
